FENTEC Oy signs an agreement with the Würth Group for delivering a global 24/7 service solution

FENTEC Oy and the Würth Group have signed an agreement on 8.11.2022 for cooperation and delivery of the global 24/7 service solution to the Würth Group. FENTEC’s solution brings new technology to Würth’s existing business model in providing shop-in-shop service to worldwide customers. The FENTEC 24/7 Solution™ is an automated self-service point enabling sales, rental and lending services onsite. The Würth Group is the global market leader in the development, production and sales of fastening and assembly materials, operating in over 80 countries with over 400 companies.

New solution streamlines the Würth Group’s operations

Würth Group’s success is based on strong sales organization and customer-specific service solutions. The shop-in-shop service provided by Würth means placing a shop at customers’ facility onsite. The service offers entire product range and customized stock with 24/7 availability close to customer.

FENTEC 24/7 Solution™ brings new technology to Würth Group’s existing business model. The centralized service offers local Würth companies an easy way to establish a new service supply model.

FENTEC 24/7 Solution™ is a comprehensive in-house product development by FENTEC, including innovative software, electronics and mechanics. The solution includes several products for different environments. Products are designed and manufactured in Tampere and Riihimäki in Finland. FENTEC is building a distributor network for offering sales and service for customers locally. FENTEC distributors are already established in Norway and Sweden.
